The hearing will be held at the Holt County Courthouse, in the County Board Meeting Room, in O'Neill, Nebraska, on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 11:15 A.M. Legislation enacted by a prior session of the Legislature requires each county and municipality to develop a one year program of road or street improvement and a long range plan for an additional five years. A public hearing is required in order that interested parties may be informed as to what improvements are planned during the succeeding five years.
