Pizza Hut Burglarized

During the early morning hours of Aug.6  investigator  Rachel Kohlman, with the assistance of reserve officer Kipton Kyrsl, both of the O'Neill Police Department,  apprehended a male subject in the O'Neill Pizza Hut. The male subject was identified as Jimmy D. Eilers, age 30 of O'Neill.  Eilers was incarcerated in the Holt County Jail for burglary and trespassing.
