Pack 245 Scouts Attend Camp Augustine

GRAND ISLAND — Pack 245 Scouts from the Holt County area were among the nearly 500 youth attending Camp Augustine near Grand Island through the summer.

The youth participated in archery, rifle shooting, climbing and rappelling, swimming, nature and ecology study and other scouting and handicraft events.

Scouting camping programs in the Overland Trails Council are operated full-time during the months of June and July and part-time during other months of the year.
