The meeting was called back to order by Superintendent Mike Rotherham at 7:34 pm. Board members present were Monica Huber, Amy Jo Rowse, Aaron Sorensen, Mark Thompson, Aaron Troester, and Coby Welke. Superintendent Mike Rotherham called for nominations for President. Coby Welke nominated Amy Jo Rowse. With no other nominations forthcoming, nominations ceased.
