The City of O'Neill, Nebraska, has contracted with Hanna: Keelan Associates, a Nebraska-based community planning and research consulting firm, to prepare a new Comprehensive Plan and Community Housing Study, as well as a review of the City's existing Zoning and Subdivision Regulations.  An important component of this Plan is the distribution of a “Community Opinion Survey” that will gather information from the citizens of O'Neill, including but not limited to future economic and community development initiatives, public facility and infrastructure improvements, Community appearance and sustainability, transportation enhancements and housing opportunities.  The Survey will be available on the City's website at www.cityofoneillnebraska.com and their Facebook page, or by accessing the QR Code below.  Hard copies will also be available at the O'Neill City Office and the O'Neill Public Library.

Surveys must be completed by FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 26TH.  Your responses will remain confidential.
