Nicole (Reiser) Bennett, age 35, of Millsboro, DE, formerly of O'Neill, passed away Friday June 15, 2012, in Maryland. Services were held at the Bay Shore Community Church in Millsboro, DE, on Wednesday, June 20, 2012. Visitation was held from 5-9 p.m. with a parish rosary at 8 p.m. on Friday, June 22, 2012, at Biglin's Mortuary in O'Neill. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 23, 2012, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in O'Neill with Rev. Francis Nigli officiating. Music was provided by organist, Susan Kramer and soloist, Kay Stepp. Pallbearers were Mike Hammerlun, Henry Schulte, Kenny Schulte, Calvin Reiser, Will Reiser and Tyler Reiser. Honorary pallbearers were members of the Class of 1995. Interment was in the O'Neill Calvary Cemetery. Biglin's Mortuary in O'Neill was in charge of arrangements. Nicole was born on Sept. 15, 1976, in O'Neill to Steve and Margaret (Schulte) Reiser. She graduated in 1995 from St. Mary's High School in O'Neill and attended massage school. She met Kevin Edward Bennett and they were married on Sept. 5, 1998, in O'Neill. She worked as a director of the child care center of Bay Shore Babies and SPLASH. She was a member of the Bay Shore Community Church in Gumboro, DE. Nicole is survived by her husband, Kevin Bennett of Millsboro, DE; their three children at home: Lauren, Emily and Allie; her parents, Steve and Margaret Reiser of O'Neill; one brother, Craig Reiser and his wife, Rachel of Norfolk; two nieces and one nephew; mother and father-in-law, Bob and Mary Bennett of Millsboro, DE; one sister-in-law, Kelli Cooper and husband, Robert of Millsboro, DE; many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members. She was preceded in death by one sister, Emily Reiser; her grandparents, Herb and Millie Reiser and Joe and Catherine Shulte. Memorials may be made to the Nicole Reiser Bennett Memorial Fund for her children.
