A new business is coming to Stuart this summer. Owner and founder Kiplee Castleberry and her family relocated from Montana to Atkinson in the summer of 2021. Alongside her ranching background, Kiplee owned and operated a hair salon and coffee shop in Montana with a mobile coffee trailer. Since moving, she has sought a location to pursue one of her passions. After exploring Holt County, she felt that the Stuart community was precisely where her business was destined. In early Nov., Kiplee was introduced to Beth and Kelly Murphy. From that moment Kiplee told them about her dream and vision of opening a specialty coffee and beverage business along Highway 20 in Stuart; they were highly supportive and wanted to help make her dream a reality. Kiplee stated, “I will forever be thankful for the Murphy's support and opportunity they have provided. I feel truly blessed that God brought them into my life.”. Crossroads Espresso, LLC was founded in November of 2022 with the goal of opening in the Summer of 2023. In Jan. 2023, Crossroads found its home in the same lot as Shamrock Diesel. While this location will be drive-through or walk-up only, it will also offer seasonal outdoor seating. When asked what her business will bring to the community, Kiplee stated, “When you think of Crossroads, I want you to think of MORE than Coffee.” Continuing, “Every customer will be treated as more than just a number; I want to build relationships, provide quality products and service, and ultimately, I want it to be about the experience!” Overall, Kiplee and her family look forward to providing a service and becoming part of the Stuart community! Stay tuned and follow along online for more details.
