Mary (Tomjack) Neujahr

Mary (Tomjack) Neujahr, age 48, of Gibbon, passed away Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012, at
St. Francis Medical Center in Grand Island.

Funeral services were held Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012 at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Ewing with Rev. Jim Kramper officiating. Music was provided by Beth
Clouse.

        Honorary pallbearers were nieces and nephews. 

    Inurnment was in the O'Neill Calvary Cemetery in O'Neill. 

Biglin's Mortuary in O'Neill was in charge of arrangements.

       Mary was born Jan. 21. 1964, in O'Neill to Frank and Marjorie (Summerer) Tomjack. She graduated from St. Mary's High School and the College of St. Mary. She married Keven Neujahr on June 10, 1988. 

       While she technically worked full time for ResCare in various positions over the past 18 years, her real passion could be seen in her after hours commitments. In her spare time Mary enjoyed working with the Gibbon High School Cheerleaders, cross stitching, watching her son play sports and talking to family and friends. She will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her. 

      Mary is survived by a loving husband, Keven; two daughters, Caroline and Katherine; one son, Ryan; her mother Majorie; five brothers: Daryl, Keith, Rick, Bob and Dave; six sisters: Leanne Tomjack, Phyllis Rylander, Beth Clouse, Sharlene Perry, Linda Brandl and Kala Tomjack Peterson; and a multitude of family members, people who are both blood related and those who were adopted into the family.

  She was met in Heaven by her grandparents, her father and father-in-law. 

  We only part to meet again and all in good time we will be able to see Mary's dazzling smile and hear her angelic voice. Until then, the family asks that in remembrance of her that you hug your loved ones a bit closer and never miss a chance to tell them you love them.
