Linda Adel Kuhl, 61, of O'Neill, died Friday, Dec. 5, 2025 in Norfolk. Visitation will be held from 4-6 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 12, 2025 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Ida Grove, Iowa. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 13, 2025 at the church in Ida Grove, Iowa. Fr. William A. McCarthy will officiate. Pallbearers are Dustin Kuhl, Christopher Kuhl, Andrew Bidschke, Matt Moe, Mike Fuller and Matt Rupert. Honorary pallbearer is Aidyn Kuhl. Burial will be in the Ida Grove Cemetery in Ida Grove, Iowa. Memorials may be made to the family for future designation. Born on March 6, 1964, to Janice Rupert in Iowa City, Iowa, Linda grew up in Ida Grove, Iowa, where she received her education and graduated with the class of 1982 from Ida Grove High School. Linda met the love of her life Perry Kuhl and the two were united in marriage on Oct. 7, 1983, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Ida Grove, Iowa. Together they built a beautiful life and were blessed with three children Dustin, Nicole and Christopher. Linda had a warm, joyful spirit that drew people to her wherever she went. She made friends effortlessly and loved bringing laughter to others with her jokes and vibrant personality with a colorful wardrobe to match. She found great joy in spending time with her children and grandchild, cooking and baking, watching The Wizard of Oz, golfing and creating all kinds of craft projects. Linda was also a dedicated and hardworking employee; no matter the position, she always strived to do her very best. Linda will be remembered for her kindness, humor, creativity and the love she shared so freely with family and friends. Linda is survived by her three children Dustin Kuhl of Sioux Falls, SD, Nicole Koehlmoos of Ida Grove, Iowa and Christopher (Kensley) Kuhl of Sioux Falls, SD; one grandson Aidyn Kuhl of Colorado; her mother Janice Rupert of Ida Grove, Iowa; one brother Rowdy Rupert of Minnesota; one sister Jodean Groesbeck of Texas; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father Merle Rupert, husband Perry Kuhl and one brother Raymond Rupert.
