Fort Collins, CO — Kathryn Palmer, 74, died Saturday, Feb. 14, 2026 in Forth Collins, CO, formerly of O'Neill.

There will be no services.

Memorials may be made to the family for future designation.

Kathryn was born June 13th, 1951 in Salina KS. Kathryn was a long time resident of O'Neill. 

Kathryn is survived by her daughter Valerie Waldo Of Fort Collins, CO, two brothers Ernie (Leigh Ann) Lieb of Kearney and Vernon (Kathleen) Lieb of Grand Island, her stepfather Mel McKlem of O'Neill, as well as many other family and friends who love her and miss her.

She was preceded in death my her mother Madeline McKlem of O'Neill and her father Leland Lieb Sr. of Texas.
