'Neill, passed away on May 21, 2011. Jennifer was born on June 20, 1969, to Larry and Dottie (Havranek) Gokie in O'Neill. She attended country school north of O'Neill and graduated from O'Neill St. Mary's High School in 1987. She achieved an associate's degree from Northeast Community College. Jennifer was an avid reader and enjoyed time with her niece and nephews. She was one of the most kind and loving people in our lives. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Joe and Millie Gokie and Charles Havranek. Survivors, those of us who loved her so much, include: parents, Larry and Dottie of O'Neill; sister and brother-in-law, Joan and Ron Brion and their children Kayla and Brandon of Lincoln; sister and brother-inlaw, Laura and Scott Dvorak and their son Nathan of Potter; brother, Steve Gokie and his fiance Belinda of Shanghai, China; grandmother, Blanche Havranek of O'Neill; a very special friend, Mary Steele; aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and caregivers throughout the years.Memorial visitation was held on Tuesday, May 24, 2011, from 7-9 p.m. at Biglin's Mortuary in O'Neill. Memorials may be made to O'Neill St. Mary's High School.
