Motion by Keyes, 2nd by Paxton, to increase the hourly road department employees' wage $1.00 per hour. The Board will continue with the policy that all hourly road employees will receive $.05 for every consecutive year of service to Holt County. The $.05 increase will be added to each employee's base pay. This increase will be earned every calendar year. Every employee has to complete 1 full year of service before becoming eligible.
