The Holt County Animal shelter recently held a bake sale at Torpin's Rodeo Market on Dec. 15 to help raise money and awareness for the dogs that reside at the shelter. They would like to thank everyone that donated baked goods, items for the baskets, bought baked goods and raffle tickets. Through this they were able to raise $891, which will go a long way to making this Holiday season extra special for the dogs. Congratulations to Kathy Bartos, Wendy Fowler, and Rita Kohl on winning the gift basket drawing.
