Frank D. Fetrow

St. Paul, Mn — Frank Dale Fetrow, 88, of St. Paul, MN, formerly of Page, died peacefully on Thursday, March 19, 2026.

A private burial and service will be held for the family.

Mueller-Bies Funeral Home in St. Paul, MN is in charge of the arrangements.

Frank was born on Feb. 12, 1938, in Page, to Dale and Laura (Mae) Fetrow.

Frank served his country with honor in the United States Army, followed by a distinguished career as an engineer working with Boeing Aircraft, Control Data and E.T.A. Systems.

A tennis player at heart, Frank always enjoyed a competitive game. He had a real passion for building model planes and ships and truly enjoyed watching his planes fly. He was also a telescope star enthusiast who loved exploring the night sky.

Frank will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Frank is survived by his beloved wife Mary Villafuerte Fetrow; one daughter Kelley (Scott Anderson) Solheid; two sons Michael (Allison) Fetrow and Eric (Christian) Fetrow; three granddaughters Camille (Mason) and Devan (Josh) Solheid and Andrea (Woody) Balut; two grandsons Jack (Ashley) and Frank Fetrow; one great-grandson J.J.; one sister Betty (Ed) Pierson; as well as many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Dale and Laura (Mae) Fetrow, one son-in-law Scott Solheid, one sister Marilyn (Lee) Bauer and one brother-in-law Lee Bauer.
