Parents of the groom are Cathy and Tim Wells and Gary and Lisa Connot, all of O'Neill. The couple is planning a wedding on Feb. 2, 2019, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in O'Neill. Reception will follow at O'Neill Community Center.
