The O'Neill Eagles traveled to Broken Bow last Friday to take on the 2-2 Indians after their 28-0 win over the Eagles. The Indians held the Eagles to 205 yards on the night and entirely out of the end zone. Landon Classen threw 24 times for 13 completions for 151 yards. The Eagle's ground game was slowed to a crawl only making 54 yards. Classen had 15 carries for 14 yards, Brady Eichelberger six carries for 15 yards, Pryor Mathews three carries for nine yards, Drew Morrow one for seven yards, Porter Mathews three for six yards, and Clay Shaw one carry for three yards. Ryder Pokorny led the Eagles in receiving with two catches for 52 yards; Morrow four catches for 48 yards, Walker Peter one catch for 26 yards; Eichelberger three catches for eight yards, and Dylan Parks one catch for four yards. Leading defensively was Salvador Rodriguez with eight tackles, Pryor Mathews with seven tackles, Shaw and Tucker Shabram with five tackles each, Classen and Peter with four tackles each, Parks and Colton Osborne with three tackles each, Pokorny and Eichelberger with two tackles each, Maddox Hammerlun one tackle.
