61st County Government Day Held

County Government Day was held Nov. 21 at the Holt County Courthouse Annex. The American Legion guided students to various county offices and the Auxiliary served lunch to the students, sponsors and guides. Featured speakers for the afternoon included Sgt. Matt Baker from the Nebraska National Guard and Nicole Sedlacek from Holt County Economic Development. Students also participated in an office quiz and relay. O'Neill Public and West Holt Schools placed first and second respectively.
