The 2011 O'Neill Area Chamber of Commerce Scholarships were announced last Monday at the Chamber of Commerce monthly meeting.

This years winners are Morgan Devall and Victoria Novak.

Morgan Devall is a 2011 graduate at the O'Neill Public Schools and is the daughter of Mark and Wendy Devall. Victoria Novak is a 2011 graduate at St. Mary's High School and is the daughter of Suzzanne and Merle Hagemann and Steve and Barbara Novak.

Two candidates are selected every year with a winner chosen from both O'Neill Schools. Candidates are asked to complete a questionaire and then candidates are judged on academic excellence as well as a desire to come back to the area and work.
