The O'Neill Area Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a home decorating and lighting contest. Contestants must live within three miles of O'Neill and the decorations must be visible from the street or roadway. Entries must be submitted by Monday, Dec. 19. Winners will be announced Wednesday, Dec. 28. Prizes will be first place - $500, second place $300 and third. place - $200.
