CHAMBER OF COMMERCE RIBBON CUTTING was held at the Neu You Physical Therapy at 118 South 4th Street on Monday afternoon. Elliot and Erin Neuheisel both originate from South Dakota. Elliot, born in Plankinton, and Erin in Timber Lake, went from college to O'Neill 13 years ago.
The Neuheisels both attained their Ph.D. in Physical Therapy from the University of South Dakota Vermillion in 2010 and wanted to practice in a small-town environment. "The size of towns and availability of jobs in South Dakota didn't allow us to work in the same town" said Elliot.
