Carrol McKay Carrol McKay, age 86, of O'Neill passed away Sunday night, Aug. 28, 2011, at his home in O'Neill. Visitation was held from 5-9 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2011, with a 8 p.m. rosary, at Biglin's Mortuary in O'Neill. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., on Thursday, Sept. 1, 2011, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in O'Neill. Burial will be in the O'Neill Cemetery with military rites conducted by the O'Neill American Legion Simonson Post #93. Memorials may be directed to St. Mary's Foundation, St. Patrick's Foundation or Spalding Academy. Biglin's Mortuary in O'Neill is in charge of arrangements.
