The Holt County Historical Society is kicking off their collecting Memories of Holt County project. It has been 50 years since the publication of the Holt County history book "Before Today." We are seeking to bring this endeavor forward into the present. Please share recollections of people, places, and events of Holt County. Everything from the ordinary, to the extraordinary. No memory is too large or too small. We are hoping to be able to combine them into a book, or at the very least they will be combined into a binder or scrapbook on display at the Kinkaid Museum. You can mail items to: HCHS, 401 E. Douglas, O'Neill NE 68763, or email holtmemories01@gmail.com . The museum will be open July 19th for Summerfest and you can drop off items that day as well. Remember to share information with your relatives and friends about their memories and this project. Please have the memories to us, with your information so we can give proper credit, by Dec. 1st, 2025. We appreciate everyone's participation!
