This time they were pitted against the Summerland Bobcats. The match got off to a rough start for the cardinals, with them falling behind by five points this early. The next quarter was a little better for the Cards, but they still allowed the Bobcats to score over them. Moving into third quarter, the Cards knew they needed to pick up the pace, or they would have no chance of winning. They went all out and managed to take the set by three points. Unfortunately for the Cards, the Bobcats would even this out in the next quarter. The match ended with the Cards falling by just seven points. Alder leads the Cards again with a solid 26 points, shooting eight of 13 three-pointers for 62 percent and one of two two-pointers for 50 percent, as well as one rebound; Everitt with 11 points and eight rebounds; Hedstrom 10 points and seven rebounds; Barlow two points and two rebounds; Risken Dawson six rebounds; and Dannenbring four rebounds.
